Processing Time: All our alchemies are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
Carrier: We ship via USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Temperature Sensitivity: Because we use natural butters and oils, products like Wood Nymph or Morana can soften in extreme heat. Please retrieve your package promptly from your mailbox. If melting occurs, simply place the jar in the fridge for 30 minutes to reset the texture.

Hygiene & Safety: Due to the personal nature of our botanical blends, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
