The Alchemist’s Ritual:
Layering the Goddesses
A day-to-night guide to elemental protection and renewal.
In alchemy, timing is everything. Just as the earth moves from the clarity of the sun to the mystery of the moon, our skin requires different allies throughout the day. By layering Hecate and Eir, you create a complete cycle of protection and resurrection.
The Morning: Solar Protection with Hecate
When you wake, your skin needs a shield. Hecate acts as the "Guardian of the Threshold," preparing you for the environmental stressors of the day.
The Ritual: After cleansing, apply 3–5 drops of Hecate to damp skin. Her lightweight botanical base sinks in quickly, providing a protective barrier that keeps moisture in and pollutants out.
The Intent: As you massage the oil in, visualize a golden light surrounding you. You are set, sealed, and ready.
The Evening: Lunar Renewal with Eir
As the sun sets, the body shifts from "protection mode" into "repair mode." This is when we call upon Eir.
The Ritual: In the evening, apply 4–6 drops of Eir Renewal Oil. This is the time for her Bakuchi and CoQ10 to do their deep work.
The Layering Secret: If your skin feels particularly dry or weathered, you can apply a thin layer of Hecate over Eir. This acts as an "occlusive," locking in Eir’s active healing ingredients so they can penetrate even deeper while you sleep.
The Finishing Touch: Brigid’s Lustre
Whether it’s morning or night, Brigid is your constant.
Morning: Use her for a natural, healthy glow on the lips and to keep brows in place.
Night: Apply her as a deep conditioning treatment for lashes and lips so you wake up soft and restored.
